Getting started

How do I create a Skorio account?

Go to app.skorio.nl/register and sign up with an email address and password — it takes less than a minute and the Free plan costs nothing.

Is Skorio really free?

Yes. The Free plan includes the game catalog, score tracking, basic statistics, friends and game nights — forever, at no cost. Pro is an optional paid upgrade for people who want more.

Which platforms does Skorio work on?

Skorio works today in any web browser at app.skorio.nl. Native iOS and Android apps are coming — until then, the website works great on mobile too.

Account & data

How do I add friends and invite guests?

Send a friend invitation by username or email from inside the app. People without a Skorio account yet can join a session via an invite link, no registration required.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Email support@skorio.app and we'll delete your account and personal data within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

What data does Skorio collect about me?

Only what's needed to run the app: your account details, the game data you enter, and basic usage telemetry. We never sell data or show ads. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Pricing & Pro

Is there a free trial for Pro?

No — Pro is a one-time annual upgrade at €25. Skorio Free is a complete product, not a trial, and includes all the core features forever at no cost.

Does Pro renew automatically?

No. Pro is a one-time annual upgrade, not a subscription. When your 12 months are up, your account simply returns to Free — nothing is charged unless you choose to upgrade again.

Which payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

What do I actually get with Pro?

Advanced statistics across any time period (yearly overviews, custom ranges, streaks, deep dives) plus tournaments with brackets and rounds. Everything else stays exactly the same as Free.

Troubleshooting

I found a bug — what should I do?

Use the feedback button inside the app and choose "Report a bug", or email support@skorio.app with what happened. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.

I have an idea for a new feature.

We'd love to hear it. Use the in-app feedback button and choose "Suggest a feature", or email support@skorio.app — we read every message.
